About Tom

As well as being a personal trainer, Tom is a qualified sports massage therapist, level 2 counsellor and diet consultant.

Tom has worked more than 16 years in the leisure industry in a number of roles; this has given him the knowledge to be a trainer with the passion for getting results for his clients.

PERSONAL TRAINING WITH ME

After working on my own mental and physical health over the past 8 years, I feel that I have a good understanding of what works and what doesn't. Whether you want to lose weight or just improve overall fitness, if you work with me, you can skip past all the mistakes that I made when wanting to lose weight, use my wisdom to get effective results quicker. 

My passions when training are to use boxing, strength training and resistance training. I find have a combination of these elements in our sessions means the session is challenging but also really fun!

SPORTS MASSAGE

My training is in Sports Massage Therapy, Postural Correction and Myofascial Release. I have been practicing for over 5 years now and have developed a specialism in pain and injury in the posterior chain. This includes specialist treatments for the back muscles, structures in and around the hip and the legs. 

I firmly believe that when a patient comes to me with pain, that should not be put through more pain to fix their ailment. My treatments aim to relax muscle tissues and encourage natural healing processes to take place. 

I also belive that someone should be treated within 3 sessions, if a patient has not seen noticeable difference I will aim to refer the person to a different specialist based on the patients needs.
