Fitness Yoga
A great workout with lots of benefits. Through the power of yoga learn skills related to flexibility, dynamic movement, core work and mindfulness.

FITNESS-30
Fitness-30 is about getting as much exercise done in 30 minutes as possible. Great class for those looking for a class that's a bit of an all rounder.

Foundational Strength
Great for those looking to get stronger but with an emphasis on technique and timing. Great for anyone looking to learn strength exercises for the first time OR those looking to improve for weight training. Great energy music that doesn't require you to be on the beat!

Functional Strength
Build athletic strength and power using multi-joint movements that mimic everyday activities and sports, mixing strength training with explosive movements.

Heavy Strength
This class is the evolution of Foundational Strength, take the technical elements you've learnt in Foundational and bring them to this class. Much higher weights but much lower reps and all still set to awesome music.

HYROX
A great mixture of cardio, core and functional strength to give you a full body workout and a great sense of achievement! A bit like an old school bootcamp or circuit class, HYROX uses four types of workout COMPLETE, POWER, FOUNDATIONAL and ENGINE.
Exercise Type: Expect the some of the 8 stations of HYROX, always aerobic and usually involves some form of core and strength training.

SCULPT
Sculpt is a strength workout that is also inspired by Pilates, barre and yoga, it is designed to bring the burn to targeted muscle groups.
Exercise Type: High impact, low aerobic, works core, glutes, arms and thighs.

TONE
A mix of exercises to work the whole body and elevate the heart rate. The class starts with a cardio segment using your bodyweight to raise your own heart rate, you'll then do tracks specifically for the arms, legs, core and glutes.
