This mixed martial arts class is a fast pace and exciting workout that will get your heart rate high whilst teaching you new skills from many forms of combat.

Touching on elements of core strength, flexibility, stability and mindfulness, this well rounded class is great for lots of different goals. Instructors can adapt moves to suite everyones abilities providing and inclusive, fun and relaxing class.

Foundational Strength
Great for those looking to get stronger but with an emphasis on technique and timing. Great for anyone looking to learn strength exercises for the first time OR those looking to improve for weight training. AN off the beat alternative to PUMP

Functional Strength
Build athletic strength and power using multi-joint movements that mimic everyday activities and sports, mixing strength training with explosive movements.

HYROX
Based off the world renowned fitness race HYROX our fitness classes are great for those looking to up skill their gym knowledge whilst improving all elements of fitness.

PUMP
A high rep, low weight and highly motivating strength class. Across the class you'll move around the body, targeting all major muscle groups, each week takes a similar theme which allows you to master the fundamentals of strength training and allow you to watch your own progress each week.

SCULPT
A dynamic and modern take on pilates with the use of weights, core exercises and yoga.

SGPT
Stands for Small Group Personal Training. That’s right, we are now offering free personal training experiences in small groups of 6. Get more targeted exercise from our personal training team in a friendly group setting.

TONE
Tone is the best all round class we offer. Start with a warm up and cardio exercises, then once warm you'll target specific areas of your body. Great for all levels but especially those new to classes.

ZUMBA
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.

Pay £10 to register as a class pass member and get your first class FREE.
Every subsequent class you attend will cost £7.50 which is payable by card upon your arrival.
