28 DAY FITNESS RESET
We kick off the 28 days with a full gym induction, assessment and goal setting.
​
Our assessment takes place on 8 of our SMART machines to look at your current strength and assess your biological age.
We will also take measurements from 6 body parts, your BMI and your body fat percentage. We call this the 16 point assessment.
​
You will then complete 28 days of exercise, as set by our coaches. We will reassess you after 28 days to see how things have changed.

This membership is designed to get you into a healthy fitness routine and improve your motivation towards exercise.
Weekly Memberships
Pure flexibility with our weekly option.
Weekly memberships give you great flexibility, you can pay for 1-10 weeks at a time allowing you the freedom on not being tied into a contract.

Day Pass

Not quite looking for the commitment of a monthly membership? No problem we have you covered with our day pass!
Pay £13 to do as many classes and gym sessions as you want in a singular day.
Get started by registering for a pass on our store, we'll send you a confirmation email and access to our app, you book the things you want to do for the day and away you go!

Our Policy for Under 18's
Anyone aged 14+ can access our FITIN30 equipment. The 30 minute workout uses our high tech EGYM equipment, which is the safest and most efficient equipment in the industry. Students can access the gym whenever they want, and can go on to join adult group exercise classes from the age of 16.
