Fitness helped me to lose 2 1/2 stone in weight, become stronger and overcome occurring injuries.
All of which inspired me to go on to help others and qualify as a personal trainer.

Everyone's fitness goals will be unique to them. I help a variety of ages and fitness abilities. Mainly focusing on weight loss, beginners to exercise, general health and building strength.
I like to use a variety of training techniques with strength and resistance training being a favorite of mine. Sessions are kept simple, fun, adaptable and effective in order for clients to stay motivated and enjoy themselves.
