Sarah has 12 years experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor. Sarah's love of fitness started in group exercise, and she now teaches multiple styles of group exercise class from barbell workouts, through to interval training style step classes and Zumba! Drawing on her 20 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist, Sarah supports her personal training clients in making sustainable lifestyle changes to reach their health and fitness goals.

I motivate my clients to achieve results through building their confidence, self-belief and willingness to work outside their comfort zone. Using an educative approach, my clients acquire the knowledge, skills and understanding to meet their goals.
I use a selection of training techniques to build strength, cardio fitness, balance and mobility. I build programmes for my clients that they can apply to their everyday life. I work with my clients to understand their goals and how these can be achieved around their busy schedules and commitments. I work hard to align training to how they live; in my experience this is the surest and most sustainable way to achieve.
Having fun and providing challenging and varied exercise programmes makes working out a pleasurable experience! Consistency is key when it comes to meeting health and fitness goals and this is much easier when it's fun.
