Junior Fitness

Fitness & Wellbeing Hub offers weekly junior fitness classes for children aged 9 to 15 years old. In a typical session children will do a warm up, strength circuit, games involving cardio exercises, powerlifting and then cool down.

 

Our children use our classes as a way of getting fitter, this can help with working towards specific sport or they have taken up our club as a new hobby and a way to make new friends.
