Bootcamp (Boxing)
A 45 minute cardio workout, with a mixture of boxing and kickboxing.

Bootcamp (Powerlifting)
Learning the key power lifts, quad, deadlift, chest press and clean. Take a lesson with our coaches to learn these moves and perfect them. A tiring but very rewarding workout.

Bootcamp (Tone)
Exercises are varied and aim to give participants and full body workout. Overall this class has the aim of toning so has a moderate pace that gives you aches the next day.

Build N' Burn
A unique class designed to get the heart rate really high in short intervals. In this class you'll focus on push pull exercises using resistance and weight training.

CORE
30 minutes dedicated to the core. Core, stomach and back muscles are worked in a challenging but satisifying session.

Les Mills BODYATTACK™
BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. The instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 555 calories and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

Zumba
