AMRAP
Your coach will give you a routine of exercises called a round. You'll need to complete as many rounds as possible in the given time. Exercises use different equipment and aim for a full body workout.

Bootcamp
Working with the group, you'll complete fitness games throughout the class to get a challenging but fun workout.

Build N' Burn
A unique class designed to get the heart rate really high in short intervals. In this class you'll focus on push pull exercises using resistance and weight training.

CORE
30 minutes dedicated to the core. Core, stomach and back muscles are worked in a challenging but satisifying session.

FIT Boxing
Using pads and gloves, work with your partner to break a sweat and burn lots of calories through mixed martial arts training.

Les Mills BODYBALANCE
Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE is a new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.
You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.

Les Mills TONE
A LES MILLS TONE workout includes a mix of exercises to work the whole body and elevate the heart rate. The multi-peak workout helps burn calories and build fitness and strength while improving energy levels, flexibility, balance, agility and core strength. Members leave feeling empowered and on track for all-around functional fitness.

Zumba
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.

Pay £10 to register as a class pass member and get your first class FREE.
Every subsequent class you attend will cost £7 which is payable by card upon your arrival.
