A 45 minute cardio workout, with a mixture of boxing and kickboxing.

Circuit Sessions
Complete an exercise for a set period of time before moving along to the next one. Exercises are varied and aim to give participants and full body workout.

30 minutes dedicated to the core. Core stomach and back muscles are worked in a challenging but satisifying session.
