I have ran this programmes 5 times now, and every client has lost body fat, with 4 out of 5 people losing 5% or more and 2 in 5 people losing 10% or more!
All About It
For 6 weeks you'll complete 3 personal training sessions a week in a small group of like minded people that want to achieve the same of you.
In the 45 minute session we will complete a mixture of the following exercise.
Cardiovascular HIIT Training
We'll also look at food at the start of the programme and help you make better food decisions for the 6 weeks to get the maximum weight and body fat loss as possible.
You do not need to be an athlete to do this programme, but a basic level of fitness is useful. This programme works best for those that already do 1 or 2 workouts a week but need an extra push to achieve short term weight loss.
